Tiny Takeoff — last updated: 31 August 2026

Need help, or want to ask something? Email contact@rustunit.com and a human will answer. There is no ticket system and no bot — it goes to the people who make the game.

If you are reporting a problem, telling us your device, your iOS version and roughly when it happened is usually enough for us to find it.

Common questions

I never signed up. Do I have an account?

Yes, and you did not have to make one. The game creates an anonymous account for itself the first time you finish the tutorial, so your runs can go on the daily leaderboard. It has no email address, no password and no name you chose — see the privacy policy for exactly what is stored.

I want a different player name

Names are generated for you and cannot be changed inside the game. Email us and we will set one for you.

My run did not appear on the leaderboard

Three things stop a run being ranked, and all three are on purpose:

The game will not get past the loading screen

The daily course and the leaderboard need a connection; the tutorial does not. If it is stuck, the screen names the failure and one press tries again. If it keeps failing on a connection you know is working, email us.

I lost my progress after reinstalling

The account lives on the device, so deleting the app can leave it behind. Get in touch before you reinstall if you can, and we will do what we can to reconnect you to your runs and crowns afterwards.

How do I turn notifications off?

Open SETTINGS from the tap screen and switch REMINDERS off. The game never asks at startup and the only thing it ever sends is that a new daily board is up. Sound and haptics have switches in the same place.

How do I delete my account and everything on it?

Email privacy@rustunit.com from any address and ask. We will confirm the account and remove the account id, name, scores, run recordings and any notification token tied to it. The same address will send you a copy of what is stored, if you would rather see it first.

Talk to other players

There is a Discord — it is the fastest way to get an answer about the game itself, and it is where the daily board gets argued about. The email above is still the right place for anything about your own account.
